Players who provide false registration details may have their accounts closed and funds confiscated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your C 444 account login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. C 444 will never ask for your full password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is considered your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. C 444 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance on a monthly basis. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Logging back in to your C 444 account reactivates it immediately.

All deposits to C 444 must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals from your C 444 account are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit wherever technically possible. All bonus funds credited to your C 444 account carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times on qualifying games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting markets contribute 100% to wagering; live casino games contribute at varying rates per the bonus terms; poker tournament buy-ins do not contribute to wagering requirements.
All C 444 bonuses expire within a specified period from the date of crediting if wagering requirements are not met. A bet placed on C 444 is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. C 444 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time before acceptance. Once accepted and confirmed, bets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the recognised governing body or official result provider used by C 444. If no official result is available, C 444's trading team will determine the settlement outcome.
If a bet is accepted due to a clearly incorrect price (for example, odds that are obviously wrong due to a data feed error), C 444 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This includes instances where odds are clearly disconnected from market reality. C 444 will not void bets on grounds of palpable error where the odds were reasonable and within the range of legitimate market movement.
